Return & Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We do not charge any additional handling or processing fees for refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order, email us at savor.share@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request. Orders that have already been shipped or are beyond the 12-hour window are not eligible for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Situations

While we strive to accommodate our customers, refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Returned items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window.
  • Cancellation requests made after the 12-hour period.
