Interpretation

Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within Malaysia. There are no additional delivery charges, regardless of your location within the country.


Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, delivery is estimated to take up to 7 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped using reliable domestic courier services that provide tracking numbers upon dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. The Company will not be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours at savor.share@outlook.com.


Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional delivery attempts may be subject to further review and confirmation.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page.
